It takes a lot of different kinds of resources to operate a shelter.

  8. Underclothing

  9. Coats & Sock Caps in the Winter

  10. Shoes & Gloves

  11. Personal Item Packets

  12. Single Bed Sheets & Pillows

  13. Towels & Wash cloths

  14. Clothes Washing Detergent

  15. Cleaning Products for the Building

  16. Bicycles

  17. Financial Donations**


*If you are interested in volunteering, please call and we will partner you with an experienced innkeeper to learn how the shelter operates. Giving just a few hours of your time can make the difference in someone’s life.


**We on your support to pay our bills. The Foundation Shelters is not a United Way Agency. We rely totally upon generous churches, businesses and individuals to provide us with what we need financially. The community has supported the shelter for the past 12 years in addition to providing the funding for our shelter building which is free and clear of all indebtedness. The Board of Directors of The Foundation Shelters believes in faith this financial support will continue.
