The Foundation

Welcome to the home of the Foundation Shelters and Dinners.

Take a look at what's going on in Lancaster, Ohio.

Our Mission

1. To provide merciful relief to the suffering part of our community.

2. To provide opportunity for the community to serve the suffering.

The Foundation is dedicated to responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ*. He calls upon each follower to respond to the needs of the downcast with a merciful heart, supplying not only words, but also and most importantly, deeds.  *Matthew 25:31-46

Any church, individual, business, industry, school or court system that believes in expressing compassion to the victims of poverty and neglect, are invited to join in this effort to relieve human suffering.

New Lunch Service

Starting in January 2009 the dinner building will be opening at noon so that the homeless can come in and get out of the weather and receive a sandwich and hot cup of coffee. We are looking for volunteers to come from noon to 1:00 pm. We are also looking for responsible volunteers to drive the van to pick up food at Fairfield Medical Center.  Please contact Gerald Clum if you can help or for more information.
